Amoka is a documentary that follows Elvis, a Colombian indigenous youngster that is going through a conflict between living in the city and the ideal of development versus his responsibility with tradition and his community. At the same time showing how the necessities of these remote communities has led them to gold-mining and it’s terrible impacts.
